Hello! It was a great experience for me and my family at the Qatar Airways Jeddah Office. We were all going for the first time together in a big group and wanted assistance with arranging our bookings. We were welcomed kindly by the staff and went through the process together. The staff was very patient with us, taking care of our requirements, and was supportive with lots of advice as well, since we had children and seniors along. They even assisted us in choosing seats that would be more comfortable for the elderly members. It was such a relief to have that personal assistance, and we felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend their in-person service if you're traveling as a family—it makes everything so much easier!
